Now that you have some people signed up, how do you ensure they have success and stick around for the long haul??
- Double check they have a SUBSCRIPTION turned on! This ensures they will be consistent with the products!
- Welcome them onto your team’s Wellness Community Facebook Group. Ask your sponsor if you are unsure. RISE UP WELLNESS is a great place, and is run by Diamond Ambassador, Cassie Raney. Introduce them to everyone and tag them in testimonies or posts that they would connect with.
- If interested in the business opportunity, add them to your team’s business Facebook Group for business building resources, community info and contests!
- It’s also great to add them in a 3 way message with you and your sponsor!
- Be sure to provide instructions on how to start their products, then follow up at least 4 times in the first month of using the products! Check in before their subscription processes to see if they would like to add any products to their routine.
- Even if they are not “all in” for the business, helping them find an accountability partner or 3 friends who will join them will earn them enough to cover the cost of their own products! Every ambassador should “go Silver!”
- Ask them if they’d like to schedule a Facebook or in person party/info event so they can share with friends and family!
- Check in with them OFTEN and tag them on posts in the team pages so they feel connected!
- Show them how to find Shareables, the Training Center, the Rank Up Roadmap, and all the amazing resources available in the Virtual Office (see virtual office tutorial above).
